Your Role
Are you a seasoned Bid Manager with a passion for driving success in outsourced solution recruitment bids? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and lead the bid process from inception to completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for crafting compelling proposals, we want to hear from you!
As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing MSP and RPO recruitment bids. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales teams, designing winning strategies, writing persuasive responses, coordinating with senior management, and ensuring fully compliant bids are submitted. You will gather and manage information from various stakeholders to produce coherent and impactful responses that highlight key win themes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with sales teams to design win strategies and manage the bid process from start to finish.
* Write and coordinate content for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring alignment with our brand and sales plans.
* Utilize market research and data from internal and external sources to create diverse content.
* Manage the end-to-end bid process, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with global bid processes.
* Lead sales and operational teams in preparing PQQs, ITTs, and associated bid documentation.
* Produce innovative, professionally written bid and proposal content that clearly articulates our solutions.
Key Deliverables:
* Deliver a compelling bid process, managing bids, developing bid plans, and resource schedules.
* Manage all elements of bid document production and content collation.
* Ensure timely and accurate production of bid documents.
* Take ownership of the review and feedback process.
* Support Sales Directors and Managers with bid administration issues.
* Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and the ability to operate independently.
* Thrives in a busy environment and can prioritise workload effectively.
* A drive for both professional and team development.
What you need to be successful:
* Minimum 4 years of recent experience in a bid management role, with at least 2 years in an MSP/RPO environment.
* Track record of winning bids in relevant environments and producing high-quality content.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously.
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with experience using PPT to produce visually engaging documents.
* Able to present with impact and influence internally.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to function well in a client-focused and deadline-driven environment.
