Duties
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Conduct training sessions to improve the skills of the sales team.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products/services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,500.00-£80,000.00 per year
