Are you ready to be the welcoming face of Trowers & Hamlins in Manchester? We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team, providing top-notch service to our clients and partners. As a steering international law firm, we value professionalism and excellent communication.
* Full-time, permanent position in Manchester.
* Opportunity to work with a leading international law firm.
* Flexible working hours to accommodate events and shift cover. Working hours 09:30 - 17:30 (with flexibility for events/shift cover; reception operation times are 08:00 – 17:30).
The Role
As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
* Deliver a professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees.
* Keep the reception area tidy and professional at all times.
* Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.
* Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
* Set up telephone, conference calls, and AV facilities.
* Organise catering and presentation needs for meetings and events.
* Ensure meeting rooms and client kitchen are clean and ready.
* Assist in preparing and running marketing events, occasionally outside regular hours.
* Make travel arrangements and bookings.
* Support the General Office/Office Manager with administrative tasks.
The Candidate
To thrive as a Receptionist, you'll need:
