You will be joining a strong management structure, working alongside our HR Manager, Practice Manager, Estates Manager, and incoming Business Manager, all supported by the Partners and an excellent team of clinical and administrative staff. Main duties of the job As Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to our multidisciplinary team. You will have direct line management responsibility for: Clinical Leads Chronic Disease Nurse Specialists Pharmacists Care Coordinators You will support the designated leads both clinically and managerially who have responsibility for the Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Nurse Associates, Trainee Nurse Associates, and Healthcare Support Workers. Your role will include: Managing the delivery of effective and efficient healthcare, including medicines management, chronic disease management, wound care, travel health, child immunisation, and cervical cytology.
