Field Sales Executive, Lorus - South

Seiko UK are looking for a FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE for our Lorus Brand, whose main purpose is to ensure all opportunities are explored to meet the territory’s sales targets. Lorus is one of the brands made and marketed by the world famous Seiko Watch Corporation. Lorus was first launched in Europe in 1982 to complement the already popular Seiko brands. Lorus was an instant success, offering not only affordable products, but products with high design and technology qualities.
About the Role - To maintain relationships with existing clients as well as build business by identifying and selling to prospects. To maintain full records of activity, plans and progress.
* To call on customers regularly to ensure optimum stock is held, developing the appropriate stock profile for all grades of accounts.
* To achieve or exceed the planned sales forecast, providing reports and input to the forecast as appropriate.
* To produce, agree and action individual business plans for the territories’ identified priority accounts.
* To grow the territory account base with appropriate new outlets, identifying targets before formulating and implementing action plans to convert.
* To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Researching and recommending new opportunities to improve profit and service.
* To maintain and expand brand display in retailers' outlets in the best possible positions, assisting with merchandising as necessary.
* To train retail customers' staff in the most effective methods of selling through the brand ranges.
* To attend to and resolve customer queries/problems as required.
* To deal efficiently and effectively with all relevant administration, including record keeping and territory statistics.
* To relay to Head Office all relevant information on competitor activity.
* To liaise with and assist Multiple Account branches on the territory as required, providing relevant feedback to Head Office when requested.
* To ensure all electronic sales tools and equipment are fully and accurately operated in line with company guidelines.
* To assist with other duties as necessary.

* Sound numerical skills
* Strong skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
This role is Field based, covering the south of England. Applicant to live on territory, ideally in the Thames Valley.
Pay range and compensation package
£35,000-£39,000pa, plus bonus up to £5,000 (performance related)
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
