* Inspection: Conduct inspections of components, assemblies, and documentation at goods receipt, during manufacturing, from suppliers, and prior to final dispatch, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
* Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate inspection records that reflect all product manufacturing and packaging activities.
* Equipment Calibration: Ensure the correct calibration of measuring equipment during manufacturing and appraise new measuring techniques and equipment for cost-effectiveness.
* Client & Subcontractor Liaison: Work closely with clients and witnessing authorities to meet contract requirements, and support process review activities at subcontractor facilities.
* ISO Compliance: Follow work standard instructions in line with HCPI ISO 45001 accreditation.
* Team Collaboration: Work with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, and Procurement teams to improve manufacturing and supply chain performance and detect defects early.
* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with company environmental, health, and safety standards to create a safe work environment and minimize environmental impact.
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that components, assemblies, and documentation meet our high product and packaging standards. You will also support the value stream delivery teams to meet customer commitments, contributing to continuous improvements in our manufacturing and supply chain processes.
