Are you looking for a new challenge within HR?
As one of the primary contacts for any questions or issues, ensuring availability to provide on-site support to staff is essential for addressing any concerns, big or small.
You will explain company policies and relevant legislation, while also conducting training in Health & Safety, Equal Opportunity, Harassment, Mental Health, ISO & BRC Audits, Fire, and Manual Handling. You will advocate for company policies, lead induction training, and manage meetings related to return-to-work, reasonable adjustments, absence, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
This position will also include supporting line managers with appraisals, administering employee surveys, and fostering a lean culture and continuous improvements.

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: The salary for this position will be £35,000 per annum.
Working Hours: The working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, working from 09:00 until 17:00, with weekends off.

Experience & Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must have good IT and numeracy skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You must be a personable, approachable and friendly character.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of various HR functions along with fantastic problem-solving skills.
