About Your Opportunity:
Work on pioneering projects that use innovation and creativity to solve complex problems.
Our focus is the successful delivery of projects to our customers. The role of Junior Project Manager is to manage allocated small-scale projects and/or work alongside a senior project manager on large-scale project delivery. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be working within the wider PMO team, striving to establish a centre of excellence by improving our delivery through the adoption of best practices, evaluating and enhancing our ways of working to benefit our business and customers. Your role will include managing project outcomes, supporting financial aspects, working closely with customers to manage expectations, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. You may be deployed in a customer team and will be required to work in Cheltenham regularly.
This operational role requires understanding project management tools and their application. You will need to gain and maintain a detailed understanding of the customer’s domain to ensure our products meet their requirements. You will work independently across multiple delivery packages, supported by the PMO community and guided by Senior Project Managers and the Delivery Authority.

* Exposure to working in a defence, government, or similar environment
