About the Role: Join our Aylesbury based client's finance team to help tackle a significant backlog of customer debt. This role is working full time hours Monday to Friday. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments
* Accurately processing payments
* Ensuring compliance with company policies

* A confident and professional phone manner
* Proficiency in PC applications
While experience in the insurance industry or a credit control environment is a plus, it's not essential.
