Warehouse Co-ordinator | Daventry | 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4:30pm, with the option of ½ day Friday once a month by working extra 30 mins a day that week | £25,000 per annum

They are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Warehouse Co-ordinator. If you are a strong communicator, well-organised, and able to thrive under pressure, this is the role for you! You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse operations.

* Previous sales experience is essential

* Computer literate (Microsoft Windows and Labelview, SAP experience desirable)

What will your role look like?
* Organise and manage warehouse operations by liaising with other departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, ensuring all items are packed and prepared for dispatch, and handling export paperwork when necessary
* Maintain stock levels by keeping shelves stocked with correctly labelled items and ensuring accurate inventory records, working closely with the Purchasing Department to resolve any discrepancies
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to and implementing health and safety procedures
* Ensure that packaging and other warehouse supplies are sufficiently stocked to meet operational needs
* Oversee the annual stock take process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and resolving any discrepancies that arise
* Check incoming stock against delivery notes and report any issues to the Purchasing Department to ensure proper stock receipt
* Ensure that all returned items and bulk stock are properly checked, labelled, and rotated to maintain optimal shelf conditions
* Label and dispatch products according to customer specifications for own brand orders
