The Role
1. To land brand new clients and also expand existing clients in new areas through new hiring managers.
2. To grow client revenue by developing executive and hiring community relationships and adding new locations where our current customers operate.
3. To proactively grow vacancy flow, which is ideally exclusive or at least with a head start, and having an understanding directly from the hiring manager of what he/she is really looking for beyond a job spec.
4. To grow your personal number (i.e. self-sourced) of rolling contractors i.e., to achieve your personal monthly starter target.
5. To grow your account number (i.e. not self-sourced) of rolling contractors i.e., to achieve your account monthly starter target. You will have access to Delivery Consultant support if you have generated a large volume of vacancies or if the role fits within the niche of a Delivery Consultant.
6. Develop and maintain market knowledge, to achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
7. Mentor and motivate the Delivery Consultants who will be finding the candidates to fill the vacancies you generate from your clients' success.
Your Story
1. Knowledge of the global enterprise market and tech sector.
2. Recruitment industry experience (as a 360 Niche Recruiter or BD manager) or Procurement / Sourcing experience – As our approach is unique, you are not expected to have done this role before and so full training is provided.
3. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite.
4. Experience of working to and achieving targets.
5. Preparation and delivery of sales propositions and presentations skills.
6. Professional English speaker and if you speak any German or French is a plus.
