HR Manager Milton Keynes Maternity Cover for 12 months Hybrid, Monday Friday £40k-£50k We are looking for a HR Business Partner who can help in the general day to day running of the office, along with supporting the HR department in employee engagement and hiring of new staff within a company who are all about achieving a greater energy independence. Key Responsibilities for a HR Manager: Internal Recruitment, sourcing talent to fill internal vacancies. Making sure all onboarding, IT and training programs are in place for any new starters. Processing of payroll on a monthly basis. Supporting in projects within the business. Dealing with general office enquiries from finance support, purchase orders, travel, to catering as the Office Manager. Commuting with the external members of staff. Key Requirements for a HR Manager: Level 5 CIPD Qualified or Level 3 CIPD with 5 years experience. Has internal recruitment experience. Can manage a busy workload to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
