Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Managers in each branch of the business who will: Be responsible for managing and overseeing the business operations, which includes the development and efficient functioning of the business. Create and implement customer satisfaction targets in collaboration with other staffs. Interact with customers daily, responding to their inquiries and assisting them to the appropriate services to meet their needs. Control and manage the inventory to ensure sufficient stocks for the business. This role not limited to daily and weekly counts but also determining what should be on seasonal sales to boast the growth of the business. Be responsible for interacting with the customers daily needs in the business,, responding to their inquiries and assisting them to the appropriate services to meet their needs. Be responsible for interacting with distributors which includes ordering new stocks, handling broken or damaged goods, reserving merchandise that is required by the store, mitigating any problems that might arise and providing timely resolutions to them. Work towards improving customer’s service experience in the business. Be a prudent individual who takes pride in their work and possess an excellent organisational, problem solving and time management skills. Liaise with the directors in the process to determine what goods or services can bring tremendous growth to the business. The successful candidate should have the required experience of overseeing sales assistants. The required duties for this role will include daily interaction with customers, and overseeing the staff’s response to customers’ needs while aiming to resolve any problems that might arise with distributors. Furthermore, they should possess excellent communication skills, technical abilities and people skills while demonstrating a positive attitude that is willing to always serve prospective customers. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a customer service Manager. This should demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining an admirable level of customers satisfaction in a fast- paced industry and must be eligible to work in the UK.
