Job Description
* Developing people strategies aligned with business goals
* Delivering HR solutions to business units
* Implementing talent management and succession planning
* Driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives
* Assisting in change management processes
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes
* Managing HR related projects as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
* Experience in change management and organisational development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
