Job Description:
Debenhams, with a history dating back to 1778 and now Britain’s Leading Online Department Store, is seeking a Marketplace Trading Executive in Manchester. This role involves managing system administrative processes, supporting daily operations, and collaborating to grow accounts and revenue in our expanding marketplace division.
Your Role
Join our team as an Assistant to support system management, account growth, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment focused on expanding our marketplace presence.
Your Team
Work with a renowned brand with over 10,000 partners, aiming to be the top destination for fashion, beauty, and home products. Collaborate across teams to launch and manage brands across global partner sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admin Support for Systems: Manage and update inventory, pricing, and product listings within the marketplace platform.
2. Marketplace Account Management: Support account management and growth on platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc., optimizing listings and developing growth strategies.
3. 3rd Party Support: Liaise with internal teams and external partners, supporting inquiries, orders, and campaigns.
4. Revenue Growth and Strategy Support: Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and KPI tracking to drive revenue.
5. Collaboration and Reporting: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large data sets with accuracy.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital retail, preferably in fashion marketplaces or wholesale roles.
* Experience managing Amazon and other global marketplaces from a brand perspective.
* Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and teams.
