As the Outbound Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Alcumus SafeContractor division, helping to fuel demand generation and expand the pipeline with high-value anchor clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the outbound team, executing and optimizing targeted campaigns designed to generate top-of-funnel leads that will directly contribute to our new business growth. Your strong organizational skills and proactive attitude will be crucial in managing lead generation and nurturing activities, ensuring you hit and exceed monthly performance targets. What that means day to day
* Support the design, creation, execution, performance and ongoing optimisation of multi-channel campaigns to our target audience with the aim of driving quality leads monthly into the funnel.
* Collaborate with sales to develop targeted, sector focused campaigns using persona relevant messaging and content to further penetrate our sector targets.
* Support the implementation of the welcoming of new clients before seamlessly handing over to the Customer Marketing Manager.
* Support with the end to end planning and execution of online and in-person events to drive lead generation performance. Collaborate with media partners, speakers and internal teams to run efficiently.
* Utilise email marketing and automation best practice to ensure our prospect and lead database are continuously nurtured and fed relevant, conversion focused content with the aim of increasing our prospects database and nurturing our prospects to lead.
What you’ll need to be successful
A professional with commercial experience in a B2B environment, skilled in planning and executing marketing campaigns, and proven ability to develop targeted sector or persona-based communications.
