As R&D (Senior) Director, you will execute the R&D technology strategy and oversee the design and release of groundbreaking Power MOSFET technology platforms and product families. Reporting to the global head of R&D you will be responsible for: Leadership & Team Development Leading, inspiring, and growing a team of highly skilled engineers and experts Fostering a collaborative, innovative environment that delivers industry-leading Power MOSFET product portfolios Driving Innovation Defining, driving, and managing the execution of our future product roadmap Ensuring all new product releases meet manufacturability, reliability, customer, and market requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration Partnering with product marketing, process development, assembly, and industrial teams to deliver successful product launches Communicating effectively with senior management and collaborating with wafer fabs, assembly, test, quality, applications, and business groups Technical Leadership Acting as a technical authority, providing guidance across the organization Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering professional development What you will need Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead R&D teams in a semiconductor environment Strategic Execution: Demonstrated success driving and delivering projects on time in a managerial capacity Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, characterization, and process flows Familiarity with Power MOSFET technology, including electrical operation, device physics, wafer fabrication processes, packaging, reliability methods, and failure modes Influence & Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels Why work for us?
