Teacher of Social Sciences (Temporary)

Contract: 32.5 Hours per week
Required Until: End of 2024-2025 Academic Year
Elliott Hudson College are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Temporary Teacher of Social Sciences. This role is of great importance to our work as a college with the successful candidate being responsible for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their potential across a range of exciting and evolving subjects. This opportunity is open to both ECTs and Experienced Teachers.
The ideal applicant will have:
Either:
· A successful placement(s), teaching at KS4 & KS5 (applicants currently in training)
or:
· A successful record of teaching with very good exam results at one or more of KS4 & KS5 (applicants who already have gained QTS.
· A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium.
· The ability to put vision into practice.
