The Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5.
* Foster a love for Mathematics, encouraging students to achieve their full potential.
* Use innovative teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* Work collaboratively with the Maths department to contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Support the school’s ethos and values, inspiring students to achieve excellence.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Maths teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
* Has a track record of delivering excellent teaching and achieving strong student outcomes.
* Is enthusiastic about engaging students and making Maths accessible and enjoyable.
* Possesses strong classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working within a department.
