Description
Work closely with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Plan deliveries to meet high expectations of customer service.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
Provide input to the supply planning team regarding stock levels and demand forecasts.
Manage customer stock levels and review demand.
Liaise with supply sites.
Undertake strategic planning of the distribution network.
Identify and address any potential supply chain issues.Profile
A successful Planner should have:
Previous logistics experience.
Proficiency in using forecasting software and other relevant IT systems.
Experience investigating data.
Strong analytic skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
