Consultative Expertise: Use a consultative sales approach to become a trusted expert, offering clients personalised energy advice and solutions.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients, from initial contact through to contract maintenance and renewal.
Effective Rapport Building: Establish strong rapport with clients, demonstrating outstanding persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
Revenue and KPI Focus: Consistently achieve monthly revenue and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, driving company growth.
Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and grow your client pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous client engagement.
