Job Purpose and Summary

Pay - base salary £27,177 plus OTE commission £10,500 (Uncapped). During the first 3-6 months, we will set achievable targets each month. If you successfully achieve your STO's for the month, you will be paid 100% of the OTE commission.

What we ask
Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients through networking, marketing, and consistent follow-ups. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that enhance their business operations.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This includes preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
Product Knowledge and Consultation: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's digital printing and IT solutions. Provide expert advice to clients on the benefits and applications of these solutions, emphasizing outcomes such as improved efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced customer engagement.
You will need
You will have:
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the digital printing and IT sectors. Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of digital printing technologies and IT solutions. Ability to explain complex technical details in an accessible manner.
Customer Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively.

Further Information

We offer hybrid working for this role - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
