This is a full-time hybrid role with a typical week being three days from home and two in the office.
Part of a small and busy team based in Birmingham City Centre, you will independently drive the planning, coordination and delivery of recruitment campaigns. As a Resourcing Consultant, you will take responsibility for all levels and types of recruitment, managing the full recruitment cycle from qualifying a role to onboarding. You will provide guidance to recruitment managers on attraction strategies for individual vacancies, coaching them on selection approaches and interviewing.
You will be involved in the recruitment process at each stage, working strategically with your business units. Building great relationships with recruiting managers and adding value to every campaign will come second nature to you. Often the roles you will manage will be specialist or unique to the Regulation sector, and you will hire staff who help uphold the rule of law and the administration of justice.
We deploy a variety of attraction strategies, and many of our roles are directly sourced. You will need to manage a tight process and take responsibility for a quality and timely outcome at each stage. This role has a high level of day-to-day process, and it's imperative that you are comfortable and adept at following both manual and automated processes, with a high level of attention to detail.
What's in it for you:
* Work with a range of stakeholders and business areas, providing guidance on the full cycle of recruitment.
* Enjoy a busy and fulfilling work environment while maintaining a good balance with your personal life.
* Get involved with supporting the delivery of people-related project work.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, some of the key attributes you will possess are:
* A skilled and practised Recruiter, with in-house experience ideally; we will consider candidates from an agency background who can demonstrate relevant, transferable experience and skills.
* Well versed in sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and leveraging social media for attraction.
* Passionate about delivering a remarkable candidate and stakeholder experience.
* Experienced in working with an ATS.
* Competent at recruiting for senior and specialist roles in professional services.
* Effective at campaign design, a proficient planner and coordinator with an outstanding commitment to service delivery.
* Committed to embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion considerations into your day-to-day recruitment strategy and practice.
* Flexible, with the ability to adapt, influence, and deal with competing priorities.
* A quick learner, able to retain and apply policies and processes consistently.
* A team player - someone who shares our values and demonstrates them not just in what you do, but how you do it.
