Care Team Leader Role
As a Care Team Leader, you'll oversee residents' daily needs with compassion and dedication, working with a team committed to providing comfortable, personalized care. You'll also support the development of Care Assistants.

* Delivering high-quality, personalized care in line with care plans
* Engaging residents in leisure and social activities
* Being kind, supportive, and respectful to residents, families, and colleagues
Required Skills
* Teamwork and a positive attitude
* Experience in care; NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Good communication skills and flexibility
* Genuine care and respect for older people
