Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the technical authority and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to engineering teams.
* Lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovation and excellence in every phase.
* Oversee the design and development of advanced solutions and systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
* Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals, enhancing the company’s reputation and network.
* Contribute to business development by representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Play an integral role in shaping business strategies and supporting recruitment efforts.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* A strong track record in electrical engineering, ideally including leadership and project management.
* Expertise in LV/HV systems and mission-critical projects, including hyperscale designs.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
* Excellent communication abilities to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for professional growth and mentoring.
* Knowledge of data centre design standards and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
