We are currently expanding our direct sales department to connect with more customers to present our clients' products and services. Our main strategy is to meet customers through field marketing campaigns, engaging with them directly to provide the best customer experience and generate sales for our clients.

Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Approach members of the public door-to-door to engage them in conversations about the client you are representing, with the aim of making sales and increasing brand awareness.
* Brand Representation: You will be provided with branded accessories to ensure you look the part and customers can clearly identify the brand you represent.
* Knowledge Sharing: Answer customer questions about the brand, sales process, or services to be as helpful as possible, and provide stats when necessary to back up your sales pitch.
* Brand Awareness: Raise brand awareness for the client to boost sales through other avenues.
* Meetings and Events: Attend meetings at our Newcastle-Under-Lyme office and optional industry events, workshops, and networking engagements.
* Customer Service: Use your customer service skills to increase sales and ensure each customer has a positive experience.
What We Need From You:
* Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking ability and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
* Experience: While previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, it is not necessary as we offer comprehensive skill enhancement sessions to get you up to speed as well as initial training
* Motivation and Mindset: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to work in a sales environment.
* Goal-Oriented: Ability to hit targets and be goal-oriented.
* Interpersonal Skills: Great people skills and enjoyment of socialising and being around people.
