The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work at our client's manufacturing site based in Denmead.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Supervise daily production activities for efficiency and safety.
* Lead a team of production operators.
* Monitor and control production schedules to meet targets.
* Ensure product quality through inspections and quality control.
* Keep accurate records of production performance and safety compliance.
Requirements
* Supervisor experience
* Experience with Lean manufacturing tools
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written).
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Working Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730.
£13.46 - £16.34 per hour, depending on experience.

* 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)

* Ongoing Assignment
* Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
