Location: London office & up to 4 days remote per week
Salary: Real Living Wage (Currently £25,642.50 - to be reviewed in April 2025)

About the Team
The UK Partnerships team at TopCashback is the client-facing arm of our business. We are dedicated to delivering the best cashback deals for our members while generating significant value for our advertisers.
Role Overview
As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimising relationships with our partner brands, affiliate networks, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Crafting Advertising Plans: Design advertising strategies that align with each partner's vision and objectives.
* Negotiating Cashback Deals: Work with our partners to ensure we’re offering best-in-market cashback savings for our members.
* Performance Analysis: Utilise data to continuously assess and enhance brand performance.
* Communication: Share key insights and recommendations with partners to drive mutual success.
* Case Study Creation: Develop compelling case studies to highlight campaign successes and lessons learned.
* Representation: Act as an ambassador for the Partnerships Team at meetings and industry events.

The 12-month placement with TopCashback in the Partnerships team gives you a great insight into the affiliate marketing industry from the publisher perspective, allowing you to develop your presentation skills, data analytical skills and explore new creative campaigns. My daily tasks within the team varied from presenting our media deck to clients or agencies/networks, negotiating cashback rates and exposure packages, analysis and monitoring brand performance, and presenting back these key metrics to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing their communication, time management and networking skills. You receive full training from the partnerships team, and the chance to take on full responsibility for key tasks. I would really recommend joining the TopCashback Team!
Requirements
* Relationship Builder: You enjoy speaking to people and will thrive in maintaining strong relationships with clients through video calls, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Clear Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying information to clients and colleagues.
* Time Management Skills: Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently after training.
* Continuous Learner: Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
* Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Microsoft Office Proficiency: Basic knowledge is beneficial; full training will be provided.
No prior knowledge of affiliate marketing is required, although it is advantageous.
Please note - the job will sometimes require attendance at networking events outside of traditional working hours (past 5pm).
