Purchase Ledger Assistant

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Our Grantham based client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team of three.
Duties include;
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly BACS Payment runs.
• Reconcile Supplier Statements.
• Answer Supplier queries via phone and email and set up new accounts..
• Providing support to Company Accountant.
• Assist daily in any needs of the Company Accountant.
In order to be considered for the Purchase ledger Assistant role candidate must have previous Ledger experience and accuracy. Must be self motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
This role would suit a Ledger Assistant, Accounts Clerk or Ledger Administrator.
