A CRM Manager role is available for a remote based position with a leading Mental Health business. The CRM Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, report to the Head of Digital Marketing, and build a high performing CRM team. Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive CRM strategy, implementing customer journey maps, building and executing CRM campaigns, and working with senior stakeholders on the CRM transformation. Required experience includes 4+ years in a CRM role, experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a degree in a relevant subject.
