As a Supply Chain Demand Planner you will support the Commercial Teams with planning, reports, and data to make informed and detailed decisions regarding demand forecasting and service reporting requirements. You will analyse and predict volume information to manage demand, supply, and logistics around base business, NPD & EPD volumes, and capacities for both products and raw materials. This role requires you to be an integral business partner, fostering relationships between customers, 2SFG, and BPO. You will also need to visit sites and customers as required by the business.,
* Lead governance of daily phasing of demand, monitor actual orders, and adjust as necessary
* Monitor and amend daily and weekly product profiles, especially during promotional activities
* Assist sites and planning teams with order fluctuations, errors, and variances
* Collect and monitor key performance data, service levels, and identify supply chain gaps
* Check stock levels, waste levels, and sales variances
* Support commercial teams in understanding forecast accuracy and WBE variances.
* Forecast to KPIs across various periods to achieve forecast accuracy based on business/commercial targets
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong background in demand planning and supply chain management. You excel in data analysis and have a knack for predicting volume information to manage demand and supply effectively. You are a proactive problem-solver who can support commercial teams and planning teams with insightful data and reports. Your ability to foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams makes you an invaluable business partner., Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain management
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with forecasting and managing product profiles
* Proficiency in monitoring and adjusting stock levels and waste management

The role is based at our Head Office in Birmingham, with an expectation to be on-site 1-2 days per week.
