Claims Fraud Advisor Salary – Up to £30,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fraud prevention and claims investigation. You'll join a dynamic team working to protect the business and customers by detecting and preventing fraudulent claims within property insurance. A bit about the job: In this role, you will support the delivery of Aviva's Property Claims Counter Fraud strategy by reviewing and assessing suspected fraudulent claims before they are referred to the property investigation team. You will be responsible for making informed decisions through full case reviews, fact-finding, and providing feedback to the referral source. This is a crucial role in Aviva’s ongoing efforts to enhance fraud detection and prevention in property claims, and you will play an active part in driving performance within your aligned business unit. You will also collaborate closely with the Property Fraud Investigations team, coaching and providing feedback to colleagues, and even developing and delivering training materials to frontline teams. As you grow in the role, you will continue to expand your fraud knowledge and stay up to date with relevant legislation and market developments. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience in fraud detection, property claims, or a related area. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both in giving feedback and coaching colleagues. Ability to manage and prioritize your workload within set time limits and ability to create and deliver training materials to colleagues and frontline team. Knowledge of fraud-related legislation and an eagerness to keep up with industry changes.
