Male Personal Assistant-Garstang
To provide support to an adult male with severe learning disabilities non-verbal Autism) within his own home and within the local community. To work alongside an existing member of staff.
As a Personal Assistant your duties will include personal care, meal preparation and supervision when accessing the community.
Previous experience, with a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be physically fit and strong. Driver with a full clean license.
This is a flexible position with a choice of working one to five days ideally 10.30am to 4.30pm but other hours may be available. With an hourly rate of £11.50 plus 5.6weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
There is also the opportunity to work some over nights to provide respite, this will be discussed at the interview stage. Full training provided.
