* Documentation: Manage site documentation, including reports and assessments.
Qualifications:
* SMSTS Accreditation: Essential.
* First Aid at Work Certification: Essential.
* Temporary Works Coordinator: Highly desirable.
* Driving License: Required.
* Experience: Proven experience in managing refurbishment projects.
