The Role Obtaining client ID and assisting in the preparation of engagement documentation. Overseeing property searches and drafting detailed mortgage and search reports. Obtaining title documents from the Land Registry and drafting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms. Assisting with invoicing, matter maintenance, and general administrative tasks such as opening, closing, and archiving files, post allocation, photocopying, and binding. Organising meetings and coordinating the team’s diaries to ensure smooth workflow. Previous experience in a residential conveyancing role would be beneficial, though not essential, as training will be provided.
