Job Description Job Title: Part-Time Home Improvement Installations Coordinator Job Description As a Part-Time Home Improvement Installations Coordinator, you will be responsible for looking after customer installations of windows and doors, mostly for residential homes. Your role will involve a high level of customer management, as well as diary management for installers. You will also be responsible for coordinating deliveries and stock in and out of the warehouse. Additionally, you will be expected to handle some after-sales and payment management. Responsibilities Schedule and manage customer installations of windows and doors Coordinate diary management for installers Assist with deliveries and stock management in the warehouse Provide high levels of customer service and management Handle after-sales inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction Manage payments and invoices related to installations Utilize PC skills for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, installers, and customers Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner Skills Excellent diary management skills Proficient in PC skills for scheduling and communication Strong telephone skills for customer management Exceptional customer service abilities Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on efficient coordination Knowledge of home improvement products, specifically windows and doors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
