Description About the Role As an O&M Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment. You'll work autonomously within a small team, handling both preventative and corrective maintenance while optimizing production opportunities Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Execute daily permit to work activities including isolations, pressure testing, and integrity checks Perform planned and corrective maintenance routines Monitor and maintain plant equipment, conducting proactive "find and fix" tasks Support plant breakdowns and outages as needed Serve as a first-line emergency responder and Rescue Team Leader Support marine & terminal operations Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities in our CMMS Contribute to plant-wide safety initiatives and uphold our Life Saving Rules Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience working in a hydrocarbon facility Mechanical isolation certification (training available) Gas monitoring authorization MJI10 or equivalent certification in hand & hydraulic bolting and tensioning Small bore tubing experience (training available) Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills Mechanical Trade Requirements Hand & Hydraulic Bolting and Tensioning certification Mechanical Utilities Isolation Owner certification (training provided) Authorized Gas Monitor certification Small Bore Tubing expertise (training provided) Slinging & Rigging experience (training available)
