Telephone B2B Account Manager
A Bradley Stoke legal firm is looking for a Telephone B2B Account Manager / Financial Services Account Manager to join the team.
This role can be hybrid but will require 3 days in office attendance each week, so you will need to live within a commutable distance.
The role will be principally telephone-based, with virtual and webinar presentations where appropriate, and principally delivered from the office in Bradley Stoke.
Responsibilities:
1. Build a good grasp of unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorneys.
2. Explain products and technology to support introducers and their clients.
3. Manage key introducers to promote the company and drive client referrals.
4. Use telephone and webinar to promote the company proposition.
5. Communicate with distributors with a clear understanding of the marketplace and industry developments.
6. Continually improve and update product and marketplace knowledge.
7. Maintain the sales database.
8. Support the rest of the sales team.
9. Extract opportunities from the dormant introducer database.
Experience Required:
1. Financial services related experience.
2. Confidence in speaking to introducers over the telephone and video.
3. A motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference as part of a team.
4. A proven track record in sales and account management.
5. Effective communication and organizational skills.
6. Experience working in an office environment.
7. Knowledge and contacts within the IFA or mortgage advisor industry.
Attributes:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills, able to engage with professional introducers via telephone and video.
2. Excellent attention to detail, both verbal and written, to ensure data accuracy.
3. Able to manage and liaise with multiple introducers at different stages on different tasks.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
5. Ability to work as a team and independently.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other IT systems, and quick to pick up new systems.
Package:
1. Annual salary of £24-£32k, depending on experience.
2. Pension.
3. Working hours - 37.5 hours per week.
