Quattro Resourcing are looking for a motivated individual who can think creatively to solve problems to join our clients team as their Install Project Manager. You will preferably be a qualified electrician who is passionate about delivering high quality permanent installations for our clients customers. A commitment to quality, learning about new technology, gaining new skills and giving first-class customer service are essential values. £41,000.00 pa (DoE) The Install Project Manager will lead projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion. You will be responsible for: • Establishing the customers requirements • Working with our clients in-house team of sound and lighting experts to design a solution • Ensuring the solution designed complies with the relevant regulations • Drawing up Schedule of Materials and accurately costing the project • Estimating labour requirements • Managing project delivery to ensure it is on-time and on-budget • Producing installation data packs and operation manuals • Designing appropriate maintenance and inspection regimes • Expanding the regular testing & inspections service The role requires a diligent, organised, and enthusiastic person who is willing to work up to our clients exacting standards. There is potential for this area of the business to grow substantially and the right candidate could grow their role alongside this. You will need the ability to be flexible to be able to work paid overtime and undertake other duties as required. Due to the nature of our clients business and customer requirements, hours will be varied with weekend and unsocial hours to be expected during project delivery phases. This will primarily be an office-based job but at times will require a hands-on approach on site. You will be based in our clients Peterborough warehouse. Key Requirements: ▪ Preferably 18th Edition City and Guilds electrical installation qualifications along with a resume of relevant experience. ▪ Provide installation and service quotations from customers’ specifications / plans. ▪ Ability to complete installation tenders and applications. ▪ Manage procurement of installation materials, equipment, and tools. ▪ Manage projects from initial enquiry to completion. ▪ Provide CAD drawings and compile installation data packs. ▪ Check and collate client electrical test results and NICEIC documentation. ▪ Demonstrate a high standard of installation skills & knowledge. Personal Skills: ▪ Experience of Electrical, Audio, Lighting and AV installations along with venue servicing and testing. ▪ Physically fit ▪ Self-motivated ▪ You will need to have the ability to work well in a team, have extremely good attention to detail and strong communication skills. ▪ Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet critical deadlines ▪ Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook ▪ CAD skills in AutoCAD, ProgeCAD, Vectorworks or similar ▪ Full UK Driving license Beneficial Skills (not essential): • IPAF certificates • Forklift licenses • Hiretrack Experience • First Aid Trained
