Salary: upto £80,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

Summary
The Service Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. This role involves managing teams, implementing policies, and continuously improving processes to achieve operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service teams.
2. Supporting your teams and introducing a programme of continuous improvement.
3. Taking ownership of customer escalations as priority.
4. Project managing, overseeing, and delivering change initiatives as required.
5. Driving system changes and enhancements to ultimately enable teams to deliver services quickly and more efficiently.
6. A key stakeholder in acquisition projects, ensuring smooth onboarding of customer bases/new brands into operations.
7. Monitoring workflow with an understanding of capacity and resource.
8. Maximize workforce efficiency as we continue to grow at pace.
9. Enhancing our ordering process, working closely with 3rd party suppliers to drive automation and efficiencies within the department.
10. Accountable for operational excellence, including continuous improvement, development of high performing teams, and development of processes.
11. Building strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring we’re ahead of the game when it comes to product changes and releases.
12. Develop and lead key projects; departmental projects and company-wide projects that fall within your Operations scope and expertise.
13. Providing reports to stakeholders as required.

5. Process driven; experience of developing and implementing efficient business processes and systems.
6. Ensuring that process documentation, work instructions, and other ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 policies are adhered to and maintained.
7. Providing reports to stakeholders as required.
Key Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a senior operations role.
3. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
4. Exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
