Job Title: Administrator Location: Norwich Studio Our client anaward-winning company with over14 offices in the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to support their Norwich studio. This role involves project oversight, facilities, and office management. The successful candidate will be diligent, hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative, with excellent multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities: Support the Studio Leadership and technical teams. Act as the primary contact for office needs. Assist with fee and resource management. Manage office facilities and ensure compliance with standards. Maintain studio operations, including supplies and maintenance. Support business processes and procedures. Provide project administration support. Handle front office duties. Organize staff events and employee recognition. Provide induction and Health & Safety information to new employees. Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Skills and Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Proven office environment experience. Strong mathematical and organizational skills. Experience in managing resources and logistics. Ability to implement new processes. Excellent communication skills. High standards of accuracy and presentation. Ability to work proactively and prioritize workload. Attention to detail and adaptability. Knowledge of the architecture/construction industry (desirable). Whats in it for you?
