Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit an Out of Hours Site Manager to work on our Yorkshire Water Repair & Maintenance contract in the Yorkshire Region
As an Out of Hours Site Manager you will be part of our Out of Hours Team who are responsible for the Repair & Maintenance teams and support functions.
As the Out of Hours Site Manger your duties & responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain a positive Health and Safety culture
2. Ensure all areas of operational delivery meet client, customer, and company/contractual requirements
3. Ensure all works are delivered within the relevant regulatory and client asset standards.
4. Ensure works are planned and executed taking into account all aspects of SHEQ
5. Mitigating risks (Financial, Health, Safety & Environmental, Customer Complaints)
6. Provide technical knowledge to facilitate the effective planning and scheduling for noticing
7. Interpret Data to enable root cause analysis of failure to team level
8. Carry out on site audits and onsite supervision
9. To maintain effective relationships with clients, Local Authorities and other third parties
10. Utilise and interact with other team members and support functions to deliver the complete work basket out of working hours
11. Monitor productivity and improve when required
12. Ensure all feedback is completed correctly and all cost captured
13. Management of plant under their control (including but not limited to) off hire/on hire and reporting and documenting any damage caused through neglect or miss use
14. Carry toolbox talks/Competency Assessment / Investigation when required

Additional Information
23. The working week be 4 shifts Monday to Thursday. (4 Nights)
24. The shift will start a 5pm, this will consist of 11.25 working and 45 minute unpaid break, 5am finish following morning
