The Step 4 service delivers psychological therapy to people who experience a variety of mental health difficulties, including complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and co-morbid physical health conditions. Main duties of the job We see the role of the Step 4 psychologist as: To deliver high quality, evidence-based, psychological interventions to improve the psychological wellbeing and quality of life of those referred to the service and support staff and trainees within the service through supervision and provide case consultation more widely across the Trust. As such we believe the role is ideally suited to someone who wants to work within a therapy team and apply and develop their therapy skills and interests, including supporting developments in the wider Trust. The postholder will be an integral part of the Step 4 Team, and the Psychological Therapies provision across the Trust.
