Sales Administrator (Luxury Brand), West Reading: A smaller business who have been slowly growing for circa 15 years. This business are a marketing leading, luxury end of the market in their sector.
3. Speak to customers on the phone - (high net worth individuals, or designers, or project managers)
4. Understand what customer needs are, though speaking and listening intently. Follow up with well written emails.
5. Processing quotes, following up quotes and encouraging a purchase, before processing an invoice.
6. Supporting the sales and manufacturing teams
7. Using a CRM system and also using Excel to analyse data (you need a reasonable level of Excel)
The Successful Applicant
8. In this role working for a luxury brand you will be a motivated and well-presented individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. You will be detailed focused, as high end customers expect high end service
10. You will have B2B Customer Service and/or Sales Support experience
11. You will be highly methodical and organised, with a strong client focus.
12. You will be seaking a role that will be varied and interesting, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills.
13. You will be available to work full-time hours in their RG8 office (hybrid is not an option)
14. You will ideally drive as the location is NOT close to public transport.
15. Able to travel to London once a week, as part of the job (fully expensed)
16. Good systems skills including a good level of Excel.
What's on Offer
Working closely with the Owner of the business in this exciting and creative luxury brand. There is a salary of circa £30,000 - £40,000 plus 25 days holiday and a very supportive team.
