We’re looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our vibrant and fast-growing team based in Fareham, Hampshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking career progression in the finance sector, as we’re willing to consider funding the successful candidate’s CeMAP qualifications – in addition to providing the required training time and material needed to pass the exams.
You'll begin with a base salary of £25,000 plus bonuses with an OTE of £30,000. After achieving full qualification, (which typically takes six months) you’ll advance to a £27,000 base with uncapped commission.
As you excel in the role, there's potential to reach £33,000 based on your performance. On average, our qualified Advisors earn around £65,000 per year.

What you’ll be doing:
* Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs
* Passing customers to our fully qualified mortgage advisors
* Acting in accordance with regulatory procedures
* Building rapport with customers
* Engaging with customers in a friendly, compliant and professional manner
What we’re looking for:
* Currently studying or willing and able to study for CeMAP examinations
* Strong track record in generating sales, (working in a telephony-based role preferable)
* Resilient and with a can-do attitude
* Organised with the ability to effectively manage own workload
* Proactive self-starter
* Goal orientated with a desire to hit targets
* Excellent communicator
* Team player
* Ability to build rapport with customers
* University graduate in a similar discipline is preferred but not essential
