About the role...
At Cooper Parry Wealth, we want to be the best. We’re a mould-breaking, bold decision-making, award-taking team. And we want you to join us.
The wealth management industry loves talking about the latest products that will make people rich. But we’ve flipped the traditional model on its head. Quite simply, we realised it’s broken and ineffective.
That’s why we made the bold decision to do things differently. To be the best at what we do. And this is your chance to be a part of it by joining one of the most successful financial planning firms in the UK.
As a Client Facing Paraplanner, you’ll be a key player on our onboarding team, working directly with new prospects! You’ll be in the action, attending all client meetings from Discovery to sign-up, and collaborating with the Relationship Manager to create the advice that drives each financial plan. You won’t just be behind the scenes, you’ll be hands on, making sure everything flows seamlessly. You’ll immerse yourself in our way of working, learning from the ground up, and over the next 2-3 years, you’ll be nurtured and developed into a full-fledged adviser or a Senior Paraplanner within this team depending on your ambitions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Engaging in client meetings, collating key client information and completing follow up
* Diving deep into clients’ financial positions with thorough, accurate analysis to uncover the client goals and objectives
* Craft dynamic, comprehensive financial plans that captivate clients and follow up with compelling compliance suitability reports
* Providing top-tier technical support to Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless, expert-backed solutions
* Crafting and presenting cashflow models at client meetings, bringing financial strategies to life
* Tackling complex calculations, navigating intricate details with ease to provide clarity and precision
About you...

* Ability to juggle lots of different tasks comfortably and deliver work within agreed timescales
* Simplify complex problems, turning them into clear, actionable solutions
* Step up and take on extra responsibilities, always looking for ways to make an impact
* Bring 2-3 years of paraplanning experience to the table, ready to elevate your skills
* Hold a Level 4 qualification and be working towards your CII Chartered or CFP certification, with a passion to keep progressing
