Location: National - (Flexible Location offering hybrid working)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Facilitate Search is partnering with one of the largest Facilities Management services providers in the UK to recruit an experienced Asset Manager to join a crucial part of their team.
The Role
As the Asset and Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle and assets programme across 2 critical infrastructure contracts, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry and client standards, including aligning with the strategic goals of the business.
1. Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans in line with ISO 55001 requirements.
2. Oversee the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of assets to maximise their value and efficiency.
3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
4. Monitor asset performance and lifecycle costs, providing recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
5. Manage asset data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
6. Prepare and present reports on asset performance and risks.
The Candidate
1. In-depth knowledge, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 55001 standards and their application in asset management.
2. Experience working in a similar position previously.
3. Although the role is hybrid, times may occur when you will be expected to meet the team in their offices based in Manchester, Birmingham or London.
