The Role: As the Head of Family Solicitor, you will lead their dedicated family law department, driving excellence in legal service delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse caseload, including but not limited to divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, and children's law. Your role will involve both managing the team and contributing to business development activities to further enhance the firm's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of family law practitioners.
* Manage a varied caseload with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
* Contribute to the firm's growth by engaging in business development and networking activities.
* Ensure the highest standards of client care and legal practice.
Requirements:
* 7+ years with significant PQE in family law.
* Proven track record in a similar leadership role within a reputable firm.
* Strong academic background and excellent technical legal skills.
* Exceptional client care and communication abilities.
* Adept at business development with a network of professional contacts.
