Office Assistant
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday in-office, Friday work from home

We are representing a bespoke specialist in their field, who are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join their fun, ambitious team based in Bracknell. Working closely with the Founder and senior team, you will provide pro-active and professional support for office functions and the delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing company correspondence: calls, emails, letters.
2. Organising meetings and scheduling appointments.
3. Preparing meeting spaces and overseeing the ordering and management of catering at company events.
4. Inputting data onto the CRM and ensuring client records and the company database are up to date.
5. Managing the inventory of office supplies.
6. Creating travel itineraries ahead of business trips.
Skills and Experience:
1. Proficiency in IT skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proactive, flexible, and organised with attention to detail.
4. Friendly, polite, and outgoing personality.
5. The willingness to travel with work on occasion.
It would be highly advantageous if you spoke any of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
