About the Role:
RMS is a dynamic and independently owned Employment Business, committed to providing people focused Recruitment, HR and Payroll Solutions to clients specialising with supporting Automotive and Logistic companies on a national basis. As we expand our team, we are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about managing and executing projects that make a real difference for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and Manage Projects: Collaborate with the managing director and senior management team to oversee project life cycles from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Autonomous Decision-Making: Work independently to drive project tasks, coordinate with team members, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
Client Support: Assist management teams in meetings, with responsibilities that may include preparing and delivering presentations for stakeholders and clients to highlight project plans, progress, and outcomes as needed.
Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed project documentation, reports, and plans to keep internal and client teams updated on progress.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with the recruitment, HR, and payroll teams to align project goals and ensure seamless integration across services.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience & Personal Attributes:
Proven Experience: At least 2+ years in a project coordination or similar role, ideally within HR, recruitment, or payroll industries.
Presentation Skills: Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills, comfortable delivering content to diverse audiences.
Organisational Ability: Exceptional organisational skills, with a talent for managing multiple projects and priorities.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying project needs and taking action to address them.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite, with experience in HR and payroll systems being a plus.
